I’m a Product Designer and Researcher who hates seeing good teams build the wrong things. I’ve spent over 5 years turning messy human insights into clear strategies that protect your budget and your time.
My goal is to make sure every design choice is backed by evidence. I care about results more than just making things look good.

I align user needs with stakeholder priorities, preventing teams from investing heavy resources into features that simply won’t move the needle.
THE BRIEF ISN’T ALWAYS THE ROOT CAUSE…
For example, during an internship program redesign, HR asked me to investigate what managers could improve. Instead of taking the assumption at face value and designing a solution for managers, I researched the entire ecosystem.
So what? I looked at the whole system and found the real friction was actually in HR’s own admin work!
We reframed the problem and developed a cost-free solution. It saved everyone time and finally hit the right target.
PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE AND CONTINUOUS EVOLUTION
Working with startups, nonprofits, and large corporations, I lead working sessions (co-design, workshops, usability tests) to explore problems and co-create solutions.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- Strategic Investigation: Prioritizing design development for AI tools (ex: AEP).
- Product Design: Creating interfaces focused on user journey (ex: Bedside Chats, Wexner Center).
- Constant Updates: Currently deepening knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Design Research, and UI Design to anticipate market needs.
- Service Design: Redesign of complex programs and internship initiatives (ex: AEP, SHAN).
